A/B testing

This is the process of trying different colours, styles or positions of website elements in an attempt to increase traffic conversion. How do we do this?

  1. Make a plan
  2. Pick one variable (it can be the color of a button, a specific style of font or even another message)
  3. Run the test (no longer than 2 months, but more than a week) and account for variations in traffic.
  4. Do the math - ensure results are statistically significant.
  5. Test, repeat, test, repeat
